NOTES:

- FAIL TO START OBSERVATION !

- We just spoke with Arun in Arecibo. After 13 hours of work,
  he has not been able to fix the problem and so there will 
  be no A2010 observing tonight. We'll keep in touch with them
  tomorrow and hope that someone can find the source of the problem.
