Notes:
Tiedowns were active.
During fits file 0005 there was a WAPP error near the end of the drift that I did not catch for 3 minutes.  After restarting & reconfiguring the WAPPs 
and adjusting power, I began the observations again.  The waterfall plots showed that no data was being taken even though I restarted them many times, 
but with quicklook things looked okay.
