Notes:
TOGS status unclear.  Willy says he gets the message that TOGS "appears to be running" but that no data shows in 
the windows.  He rebooted TOGS after I had already run the initial command file and started taking a2010 data.  He 
says the reboot was successful but he got the message "not writing fits file".
TOGS calibration was run at the end of the night.
