Late start due to testing of the spectrometer.

CIMA gave the following error at LST 2303:
ERROR: 'Making drift observation...' should have finished 1 minute ago!
WARN: Is 'Making drift observation... ' hanging?
The status shown on aostatus monitor window and in CIMA's status gui all looked 
fine.  A quicklook at the data in files 0009 and 0010 (the first fits files 
with those numbers) showed no problems.  The drift in the first file 0010 (the 
drift during which we saw the error message) seems to have taken longer than
10 minutes (see LST times above) although the header reports 600 seconds.  This is 
the same error as noticed on 05/09/05.

WAPP failure during file 0012.  I had to abort, restart the WAPPs and adjust power.

TOGS ran fine.
