Notes: TOGS run at end.
At 11:24 pm (~14:20 LST) operator (Ed) reported that AZ power cannot be restored
back to A2010. Would be fine for completing A2010, but will be a problem during
TOGS calibration. Operator contacted Jorge B; needed unsched. maintenance (reset: restore command) to make
sure the AZ is OK. As a result, lost tracking for a few seconds in 0015. Before reset,
AZ at 359.6567, at 359.6568 afterwards. 
All seems to be back to normal!
