Notes:
1. We got the orange warning "Observing when not on source" for each of the four 
wapps everytime a new scan was started (even the cals).  Normally we just get 
this warning at the beginning of a set of loops after we've nudged the declination 
back in place.  After the warning we do not get a notice "Observing on source" 
as we usually do.
