NOTES:
The telescope operator reported having problems getting TOGS to start but Mikael was able
to resolve the issue.  The spectrometer was on throughout the night, but I was unable
to run the calibration at the beginning of the run.  The 'command_galfasrc' file kept
coughing on line 11 noting that it could not continue because one of the WAPPs was not 
restarting (see the CIMA log for more details).  The WAPPs restarted okay when done manually 
(i.e. the option under Utilities) but the command file still would not work.  TOGS ran fine at
the end of the run.

The tiedowns were disabled because the AD to DA converter was malfunctioning which the operator 
suspected was due to lightning strikes in the past few days.

Two declinations were observed tonight and the power was adjusted so calibration needs to be split.
