Notes:
-- At the begininng of the night, the operator could not start the GALFA spectrometer.
   It appeared to be running already, and job could not be killed. Operater called Josh. 
   When TOGS time past, operator indicated we should begin A2010. So, no TOGS at start.
-- Around midnight, Mary Putman called and operator started GALFA spectrometer ok.
-- Ran TOGS successfully at end.

-- Around midnight, the S-band alarm in the radar room went off. Operator called Joe Greene,
   and went to check transmitter. All appeared ok to us.

-- Otherwise uneventful night for A2010.
