1- Got 20 min extra at the beginning - and telescope was already at az=360! :)
2- RA in "Start coords" column is the actual starting (precessed to current epoch) RA read 
   from the CIMA Observer Display ("Waiting xx seconds for RA .."), as BK was used to do.
   The J2000 starting coords are in the cimalog files, anyway.
