NOTES: From the start saw sometimes "ladder" of ~4MHz wide pulses around 1400MHz,
approximately synchronized with the radar 1350MHz pulses. Saw also 1380MHz fairly strong
activity. Sometimes the 1380MHz activity was with a sharp 1380MHz peak and a wide ~2MHz wide peak
to 1382MHz-when present this was noted as "wide 1380"
