Notes:

TOGS ran at the beginning, but only on the second attempt.  The first time, the
WAPPs got confused.  Restarting them fixed the problem.

Experienced some minor network problems early in the night.  From time to time, all
the displays would freeze for about a minute, and then everything would go back to
normal.  Data appears unaffected.

In the end, everything OK.  TOGS ran at the end of the night also.
