Declination was switched at 1213 LST.  Power was adjusted so calibration will have to be split.
Ann noted problems with running alfaobswin (to check the power levels) last night (06.04.26) but the issue must have been with the
server shutdown yesterday here at Cornell.  Tonight alfaobswin worked just fine.
